"Count Axel" is a comedy that takes place somewhere in the nordic countries in 1783. It's a classic comedy about mixed identities, with strong elements of contemporary humour and satire. One should conceive "Count Axel" as a scandinavian version of the humour that you will find in works like "Black Adder" and "Life of Brian". A humorous universe that takes off in the big classical epos of our past. It is our inheritance from the time of the feudal era, with evil rich lords; and god, pure pesants that is the set-up in "Count Axel". To take this genre of heavy historical films and twist it in to a crazy comedy with the respect of a strong storyline, that is the ambition of "Count Axel"

A college freshman who trains in martial arts is beaten up at work by a racist gang. His co-worker, a Chinese cook, beats the gang up and trains the young man in kung fu. When a tournament is to be held, the teacher tells the student that he will not teach him for money. However, when the gang beats up the student's best friend, the student now must make the choice of entering the tournament or keeping the promise to his teacher.

As Allie bonds with Theodora while getting acquainted to the other servants and Chancellor Riggs, she learns that King Maximillian is scheduled to be wed to Countess Celia.

When a Marine Colonel orders his men to massacre a village they were sent to rescue some hostages but when they found them dead they decide to get some payback. When the tower learns of the deviation a government man arrives and upon learning of the Colonel's presence on the plane sends a team to get on board the plane while in flight. When they get on, the Colonel and his men find them and kill them except for the leader who pretended to be dead. Now he alone has to stop the Colonel and his only help is the flight attendant.
