After Kenny accidentaly kills a cop's diabetic horse by feeding it the food he purchased from a munchie run, he is put in jail and is given a 1 millio...n dollar bail. In the 1998 movie Half Baked, a group of friends must come together to bail out their friend Kenny, who accidentally kills a cop's horse. With a 1 million dollar bail, they embark on a mission to raise the money before a dangerous drug dealer, Nasty Nate, finds Kenny.
